The house is In the direct vicinity of the nature park on Lake Trasimeno and the medieval town of Magione, once home of the Knights of Malta in 13th century. Swimming pool open Mid May through September, it measures 12 x 6 metres and it has a depth of 1,00 to 1,90 m
